Episode 10 - Guests: Hritik Roshan & Kangna Ranaut

Hrithik Roshan speak about something he has never spoken publicly, his stammering problems and other hurdles he faced in life in terms of disablities. Hrithik shares openly about the pain and humiliation that he went through as a child because he had speech problems. He says his childhood was often hell. Hrithik surprises everyone including Farah by admitting on the show that he still has the problem and needs to practice everyday for an hour to get his speech okay. There are quite a lot of revelations about his childhood struggles.

The second guest was Kangana Ranaut. She shares her struggle in this industry because of her unconventional looks and the fact that she spoke in a peculiar accent. Kangana also reveals that she has no friends in this industry.

The Main Hoon Na for the episode was a true inspiaration. Pooja Kapoor is someone who has overcome her disablities and can today compose her own music. She moves Hrithik Roshan on the show with her story and never say die spirit.

High Points:

1. Hrithik and Kangana play a game where they are given different props to use it as they want creatively in as many ways as possible.

Episode 9 - Guests: John John and Yuraaj Singh

Theme: Male eye candy

The topic for the day was 'Male eye candy' and our guests were the very hot John and the ever charming Yuvraaj Singh Farah opens the episode by saying how the perception has changed as it is no longer only women who are teased, the men are also included in the same domain now and hence the name 'male eye candy' . They chat about the role reversal and repeatedly brings the 'dostana' element in the conversation.

The Main hoo Naa section has Punjab boy Bunty who wants to open his own hotel, and is quite the eye candy for all the girls. He comes and meets these two celebrities. The episode ends with the step of the week.

Anecdotes:
1. John says that Karan had told him that he will sell the film Dostana on the yellow trunks that John is wearing in that scene.
2. Farah says that there is a revolution that has come and now the men should also be in shape and adds that John is in the international list of most good looking men.
3. John says that he was a very shy boy and his face was covered with pimples and to hide that from girls he used to look down while talking to them. The girls thought that he is a very decent guy because of his gesture.
4. John says that his judges during his Gladrags day were SRK and Karan Johar.
5. John reveals that he had Tom Cruise's posters on his wall and later SRK's and Farah teases him saying that he didn't have any heroine's picture and hence he did Dostana!

Episode 8 - Guests: Karan Johar and Sonam Kapoor

Theme: Weighty Issues

This episode saw Karan Johar and Sonam Kapoor come and speak about their struggle with their weights. By seeing the two of them, it is difficult to believe that there was a time when Karan weighed 120 Kilos and Sonam weighed 90 kilos. They talk about how they overcame their weight problems, what kind of difficulties they faced due to their weight and also about how society puts certain conditions and pressures where one's physical appearance and look is concerned.

Both Karan and Sonam share interesting anecdotes from their childhood when they used to eat hiding from their mothers, eat to overcome depression and when their schoolmates and friends would tease them and hurt them. They also play some fun games where they guess calories of different food items.

The Main Hoon Na for this episode was Probir Kumar Dey, whose wife has left him because he is overweight and is with some other person now. Probir still loves his wife and is hopeful of her coming back and even requests the same through the show.

Anecdotes:
1. Karan says his maximum weight was around 120 kilos.
2. Karan says it was his mother who always was in denial that her son is fat and used to feed him more, he was made to wear really tight clothes as a child. There were times that his confidence level was zero.
3. When in school, he never had any friends and the only sport in which he was accepted was 'Tug of War' because they needed someone who was 90 kilos and he fitted the bill. That is the only gold medal he has.
4. Karan decided he has to get in shape after he saw himself on television when he received an award for something. He says about what he felt ' Main Insaan nahi lag raha tha, aisa lag raha tha , I main poora Sheher hoon." It was then he deided that he had to lose weight.
5. Karan says today he loves to add people from his school on facebook who used to tease him regarding his look. He wants to show them that today that he is in shape and he looks ugly.
6. Karan used to order cakes faking his mothers voice.
7. Karan has not had carbohydrates like rice, sugar and such food in ten years.
8. Sonam Kapoor put on 40 kilos in 4 months when she was put in a boarding school out of depression.
9. She used to have ten meals a day, two large pizzas all by herself.
10. She was 90 kilos when Sanjay Leela Bhansali offered her ' Saawariya' and he told her you don't have to worry about your weight, you have such a pretty face that you can be shot from al angles.'

Highlights

Both Karan and Sonam are made to guess calories of different food items in a game. Food items like burger, bananas, butter etc. are brought.

A rapid fire round is played with Karan and Sonam where Farah asks questions like: To Karan: "Would you prefer 60 kilos Kajol or 36 kilos Kareena in Tashan. He prefers Kajol.

More fun filled questions are asked to both of them and they give some interesting answers.

Episode 7 - Guests: Vivek Oberoi, Ritesh Deshmukh and Sreesanth

Theme: Socha Na Tha

The topic for the episode was Socha Na tha….. All the three guests who came on the show namely Ritesh deshmukh , Vivek oberoi and sreesanth were rightly chosen as all three had committed mistakes which they never thought would have such a huge impact in their lives and would create some major controversies. Vivek Oberoi came out in the open about his ill famous Press conference where he had accused Salman Khan of threatening him because he was with Aishwarya Rai at that time. He talks about his feelings when he was sitting at the Prèss Conference, the famous 41 missed calls and also about the backlash he received and how he became an outcast.

Similarly Ritesh clears the air about the Taj Controversy where he and Ram Gopal Verma were captured on camera taking a tour of the devastated Taj Hotel along with his father, then Chief Minister of Maharashtra Vilasrao Deshmukh. They were accused of doing a recce for their new film on terrorist attacks in Mumbai. Both had come under scathing attack by the media and public. Lastly Sreesanth spoke about his famous slap controversy with Harbhajan Singh . The episode was a platform for each one of them to present their side of the story.

The episode is truly one to look forward to as it is sure to send the sparks flying high with the stars coming out in the open about their controversies. The Main Hoon Na for the above episode was Sameer Zaveri. He lost his legs while trying to cross railway tracks. Today he is largely involved in social work and selling artificial legs to victims of train accidents.

Anecdotes:
Ritesh Deshmukh

1. Ritesh Deshmukh reveals that he felt very bad when people accused him because he too had lost three very close friends of him in the Taj terrorist attack.
2. Ritesh apologizes on TV saying" Agar logon ko lagta hai. Mera intention galat tha then I am extremely sorry."
3. He says his father did not even know Ram Gopal Verma.
4. Ritesh reiterates the fact which he had spoken at the time of controversy that if ever he does a film on terrorist attacks then he can be hanged.

5. Ritesh recounts the entire flow of events on that fateful day and says that the story started from a regional channel and everyone added their own 'masala ' into it and it became a huge thing.

Vivek Oberoi
1. Vivek says that he had suddenly become the bad boy of the industry, and he had become the national punching bag, he had no support.
2. Vivek reveals that at the time he held Press conference he was young , in love and under the influence of a lot of people . He goes on to say that these very people left him and he had no ones support.

3. When Farah asks Vivek that did he ever feel what he did was wrong. He says the moment he sat at the Press Conference he knew he was wrong. He felt this was not the right way to settle things. The right way would have been that both of them sit face to face and sort out things. He says "Maarna hai tho maaro , mere bhi do haath hain , main bhi maar sakta hun.
4. Vivek reveals that at an awards function his award was taken back and given to some other actor. He was told not to come and collect the award.
5. Vivek accepts the fact what he did was wrong but says that he did not inflict pain on anyone but what he went through was too much.
6. Farah asks Vivek that the person for whom he did everything , did she stand by him. He replies that the film industry has more plastic than Tupperware which produces plastic products, he says the blame came on him that he was immature. He says he has completely forgotten Aishwarya without taking her name.

7. He felt bad for Salman's mother whom he had hurt and also for Sohail who was his very good friend. Vivek says that Sohail has still not forgiven him.
8. Vivek says that he would again do such a thing for a girl who comes into his life only if she is worth it.

Sreesanth
1. Sreesanth reveals that the day Harbhajan slapped him. That night he and Bhajji had dinner and when he came back home he saw that such a huge issue was made out.
2. He also says that Harbhajan is like his big brother and he calls him Bhajjipa.
3. Sreesanth said that this incident has taught him to think before reacting to anything.

Highlights

Farah gives Ritesh a stress ball saying it is apt for him and also asks him to pass it on to the next guest who needs it even more.i.e Vivek Oberoi.

Vivek is given a punching toy on which he is asked to vent out all his stress. Vivek says that the toy is like him, it will bounce back , however hard we pounce.

All four of them are given a confession podium where they bring out the humorus aspect of the incidents. Farah also comes to the podium saying" Main ashutosh Gowarikar ki taraf se maafi mangti hoon."

Farah asks Vivek " Will he ever do a movie where he is hanging without harness and salman comes and saves him." Vivek laughs and answers , only if it is 5 feet high. Ritesh also says he will never go with anyone to anyplace ever in his life again when Farah asks " Will he ever go with Ramu to a place…where anything has taken place.

Episode 6 - Guests: Kareena Kapoor & Imran Khan

Theme: Yeh Ishq Hai…

The topic of the day is "Yeh ishq hai…". It talks about how love has no boundaries and is free of any taboo. She gives example of her own marriage saying she is muslim and her husband is a hindu but that doesn't change anything. She introduces Kareena Kappor and Imran Khan who are in love with people who don't belong to their religion. They come and tell Farah how in love it doesn't matter, if its genuine then there is nothing to worry. There is a 'love guru' session where Kareena and Imran become love gurus and answer questions of the studio audience.( they get involved). The Main Hoon Na section has a hindu girl married to a muslim guy against her father's wish.

Anecdotes:

Amrita Arora talks about Kareena and Saif's relation and that Kareena is a very dedicated person when it comes to relationships.

Karishma's talks about how Kareena is always there for her loved ones and her level of commitment.

4) Kareena reveals that she is a huge fan of SRK

Bytes from Imran's friends where they say that Imran is scared of Awantika and she is called General Malik.

Farah reveals that the most romantic proposal in history was done by Imran and Imran Says how he lit 300 candles and proposed her.

Farah also asks Imran whether he has revealed his first marriage to awantika. Kareena is very shocked to hear this and then it is revealed that the first wife is Juhi Chawla to whom Imran gave a ring when he was 4 years old.

Episode 5 - Guests: Irfan and Yusuf Pathan

Theme: Sibling Rivalry

The guests for this topic were the Pathan brothers namely Irfan and Yusuf Pathan. The whole point of the episode was to put this forward to the viewers that how in spite of being in the same profession these two brothers are so well bonded. The closeness and rapport that they share came across very clearly with lots of anecdotes from childhood. They also played a game called 'Do Ankhen Do Haat' where one brother had to describe an object and the other had to draw it without seeing the same. In their case it was a bus and stilletoe.

The Main Hoon Na section had twin brother duo by the name of Aman and Ankit who came and spoke about their childhood memories and told us how closely bonded they are. Yusuf got a bat and Irfan a helmet for the auction.

Anecdotes:

Irfan and Yousuf's father was a masjid caretaker and used to sell ittar.

Their father used to run the family with Rs. 80

Once Irfan shut the door on Yusuf's fingers and his finger got cut. The injury mark can still be seen on his finger

Whenever there is a fight between their parents Yusuf and their sister Shagufta take their Mom's side and Irfan takes the father's side.

Farah also mentions that when she used to fight with Sajid she used to run behind him with a knife.

When they used to play in childhood it was Yusuf who used to play fro one hour and Irfan used to get only 15 minutes to play.

They said that they borrow each other's things and often don't give it back. They also mention that that they usually share everything with each other.

When Yusuf was asked as to how he felt when Irfan got a chance to play and he didn't, Yusuf said he was genuinely proud and happy for his Brother.

When Irfan came back from his first tour of Australia he sat with his father and sold Ittar.

Main Hoon Na: Aman and Ankit came and said that the first eight years of their life they didn't spend with each other. Ankit was taken by his uncle and till eight ears he didn't know that he had an identical brother.

Highlights:

Yusuf says that Irfan often takes things from him and doesn't return. To this Irfan removes his watch and tells Yusuf to take it.

When asked how he used to feel when referred to as Irfan's brother yusuf says I am his brother so why feel bad about it?"

They try and choose a bride for Yusuf in a segment called '7 brides for one brother' and they show him 7 celebrities like Rekha, Katrina, Mamta Banerjee, Amrita Rao, Mallika Sherawat, Priety Zinta and Vidya Balan out of which he liked Katrina, Vidya and Amrita.

Yusuf again blushes when he is called Chupa Rustam.

Yusuf started getting letters from his female fans once he also started to play for India. Irfan teases his brother over the incident because usually letters used to come for Irfan.

When both play the game of Do Aankh Do Haath, irfaan helplessly tries to describe stilletoes to his brother and some nice moments take place in their attempt to get the right picture

Irfan makes farah draw while a member from the audience tries to describe a shell which Irfan picks up from the set.

Episode 4 - Guests: Shahid Kapoor and Genelia

Theme: Second Innings

Both Shahid and Genelia have the same history of surviving failure and emerging triumphant. Shahid after his first hit delivered a series of flop films until hits like Vivaah and Jab We Met. Similarly Genelia made her come back with her blockbuster film Jane Tu. They both come and spoke about their journey and how they dealt with the entire episode.

The Main Hoon Na for this episode was Captain Naveen Gulia who even after having a major paralytic attack has moved on in life in high spirits. Shahid and Genelia were very inspired by his story and Genelia broke down.

Episode 3 - Guests: Bipasha Basu and Shilpa Shetty

Theme: Ghar Ka Beta

"A daughter is a daughter all her life, a son is a son until he gets a wife"

This was the sentiment running high throughout this episode.The episode dealt in a certain way with the gender issues in our country. The son has always been considered the 'chirag' of the family. But the two guests we had on the show reversed the equations by being the ones who took the responsibility of the families despite being the daughters. Bipasha Basu entered with women dressed as different professional women and Shilpa on her hit number Shut up and Dance from Dostana.

Both shilpa and Bipasha narrate their journeys in becoming the beta of their house coming from all girls' families and highlight the importance of their parents in this journey. The Main Hoon na for the episode was the family of Jayantilal Rathod and Hansa Rathod. The couple has three children but both their sons didn't take care of them and it was the youngest daughter who took the responsibility of the family. The daughter was about to be aborted by her father for being a daughter and today she had become their only support.

Gratification was given to MHN in the form of cash to help them recover their loans taken for the daughter's education. Both Bipasha and Shilpa's charities for also given cheques. Shilpa brought her personal training shoes for auction while Shilpa bought a torch from her NGO which is environment friendly and an autographed ball of her IPL team Rajasthan Royals.

1 Bipasha belongs to an all girls'family.She ahs no brothers and during rakhi all three sisters used to tie rakhi to each other.

2 Bipasha'a Father always wanted girl children but her mother had wanted a boy but now she was so proud of her girls that often she took advice from Bipasha.
3 Bipasha used to be called 'Lady Goonda in her childhood because she used to take a danda and beat up the boys with it.
4 Bipasha reveals that she is the most wanted in John;s friends circle and she is a complete tomboy .

Episode 2 - Guests: Priyanka Chopra and Vijendra Singh

Theme: Chote Sheher Bade Sapne

The topic is Chote sheher Bade Sapne and Farah says that it doesn't matter from where you come and how small your city or town in, it is what you are and what you have achieved. She introduces Priyanka chopra who is from Bareiley and Vijendra Singh who is from a small village named Kaluwas village, Bhiwani district in Haryana. They talk about their struggle period and how they survived and achieved what they have.

The Main Hoon Na section has a 15 year old boy who ran away from his home and found shelter in his coach Mohit Sir who takes care of him and gives him training on cricket. Priyanka gives a dress for auction.

1) Priyanka's Taoji's byte where he asks priyanka to perform on a meena kumari number
2) Priyanka talks about how she always got her parent's support and it is their support that has kept her rooted to her traditions.

Episode 1 - Guests: Salman Khan & his mother

Theme: Maa Da Ladla

The guests on the first episode were Salman Khan and his mother. The episode revealed a lesser known side of Salman Khan... the fact that he is a complete Mamma's boy. His mother came and spoke about many fond memories of his childhood which proves that he is completely his mother's pet. There were funny parts in the episode like the following:

Farah came up with a rule book for directors of Salman Khan where the dos and dont's for them is mentioned and Salman Khan reacted to it.

Salman Khan was provided with 5 options for his temporary mother out of which he chose Mallika Sherawat saying that his father would make her the permanent one.

There was a Swayambar arranged for Salman where a girl dressed in bridal clothes came running with a 'varmala' and proposed to him for marriage and Salman reaction was totally taken by surprise. He gave her his watch.

Salman was made to enact a scene where he comes running to his mother and says "Ma main first class first aya"

Anecdotes:
1. Salman dotes on his mother's cooking and till now his mother sends food to the set whenever salman is shooting

2. Salman says that he doesn't eat 'pili dal' anymore because his mother doesn't feed him anymore.
3. Salman sleeps next to his parents at times when he is scared.
4. Salman says that once one of his girlfriends asked him that if on a boat which is drowning who salman will save his mother or the girlfriend and his answer was "patni to doosri leaunga lekin ma kaha se launga?"

5. Farah asks him whether Salma aunty still slaps him or not and says that it mustn't be serious to which salman says that "mad or wat? Serious thappad marti hai!"
6. Salman says that when he was a child he used to roam around holding his mother's pallu.
7. When Salim Khan gives his byte Salman says that he is not married yet because he wants his wife to be like his father's wife which is his mother.
8. Salma Aunty breaks down when she describes her experience of meeting salman in jail.
9. Salma Aunty reveals that she still doesn't sleep till the time salman comes back and that's why all of them tease her saying that they don't need a watchman

The Main Hoon Na was a doting duo of a mother and son. The son called Sariputra Salve had injured his leg when and his mother had to stop her treatment to bear the expenses of his treatment and now she immediately needs treatment for her spondilitis otherwise she could get a paralytic attack. His wife comes and tells us that at times she feels like the other woman but at the end of the day respects their relation. His mother couldn't come as she was in hospital so a phone call was made and Salman and his mother spoke to her. He was given a charity of 1 lakh rupees.

Salman was also given 1 lakh rupees for his charity 'Being Human' and he gave his personal towel for auction. He also added that the towel was used in the rehearsal of his song Jeene ke hai chaar din.

The step of the week was Dholi taro dhol where he dances with his mother।
